Ms Laura Suddon
Ms Suddon was appointed Associate Headteacher at Lode Heath School in September 2018 having joined the school in January 2014 as Deputy Headteacher. Born in Edinburgh moved to the Midlands and attended The University of Sunderland achieving a BA (Hons) English Education (QTS). Previously worked at Ninestiles School achieving Advanced Skills Teacher status and undertaking varying roles: Head of English, Assistant Principal: English & Maths and Teaching & Learning.
Performance of the school including daily running of the school, Pupil progress, Staffing and Personnel, Leadership of Senior Staff, Safeguarding, Designated Safeguarding Lead.
Ms Sally Rodriguez-Summers
Mrs Summers read Geography and English Literature at Keele University and began her career in Geography as a PGCE student at The University of Birmingham and subsequently gained her Masters Degree in Further Education from the same institution. Whilst at Lode Heath she has completed her NPQSL. Her teaching career started with Holy Trinity School, Birmingham where she became an Advanced Skills Teacher. Mrs Summers joined Lode Heath in 2009 as Head of Geography with promotion to Head of Humanities, then Assistant Headteacher and now her current role as Senior Assistant Headteacher from September 2018.
